Charity Auction 2026
All Proceeds will be donated to the ASPCA!
Last year, our Silent Auction raised over $10,000 for the ASPCA - let’s see if we can give them even more this year! If you are interested in donating an item or service to the auction, please fill out the form below.
Please note, the Charity Auction will be open for bids Friday & Saturday in the Badge Check-In Room, 9 AM - 7 PM. Winners will be selected and announced on in the Colorado Ballroom before the start of Heart House, at 1:45 on Sunday, and you must be in person to pick up and pay for your prize to claim it! If the winner is not present, the second-place bidder will win the prize. Pick-Up will be open through closing ceremonies on Sunday. You must be present to pick up; we will not be able to have someone else pick up item(s) on your behalf.
Please only fill out the form when you are certain of the exact prize you’d like to donate. Items added after the form is closed will not be able to be auctioned this year. We appreciate all of your generosity, and want to ensure we are able to give each prize to the proper winning bidder!
For Services/Non-Physical Prizes, the winners will be presented with a Gift Certificate to claim their prize. The Gift Certificate will contain all of the contact information for the person who has donated the prize. It is up to the winners to contact the donors to claim their prize!
